1. Suggest Possible lenders. 2. Work with the Title Company/Real Estate Attorney on your behalf. 3. Ensure that all documents have been executed. 4. Account for all good faith deposits. 5. Coordinate the appraisal and survey with your mortgage company. 6. Manage the entire process through the closing. 7. Conduct the final walk through of the property prior to closing.

I have tried several Air Conditioning service companies. They are supposed to come and service your A/C ever six months. The only company that does exactly that is Millers Central Air Inc. They call and follow up as they should. By far the best that I have found in Martin & St Lucie Counties.
